  • I would highly recommend McCrumb Construction for professional, high quality, dock construction. I was given three plans with different features and different pricing. Therefore it put the decision on me as to how extensive I wanted to go.

    The crew came and worked quickly and efficiently! Our once unusable, rocky shoreline now has a beautiful 12’ x 24’ deck, partially over the water and land, covering what use to be a hazard. I now have a dock for two boats and thanks to Brett, a lowered kayak launching platform AND my yard submersible pump is hidden at the far end of the dock and is self draining!! No need for me to unhook wiring and pull it out every year! Again this was a suggestion from Brett!! He and his crew are the best!!

  • Our family has a home on the lake. We had a dock, built in 1985, that needed replacing. In the summer of 2015. We got at least 5 estimates, and while all of the companies were helpful, we were immediately impressed by Brett McCrumb, from McCrumb Construction & Marine. We had some issues with the placement and size of the dock due to the age of the dock, and regulation changes through the years. Brett took those questions and concerns to the Shoreline Protection Variance Board himself, to get clarifications for us. All of the other companies told us what we would have to do, but Brett took care of all of that for us! I In the end, we have one of the most beautiful docks on the lake.

    We cannot say enough good things about Brett and his crew. They are honest, have the highest integrity, were completely invested in making sure we were happy and satisfied with the results of our project. Everything was completed on time, and the craftsmanship was excellent!
